Express Afrique and Ocean Express were founded in 1982 and 1996 successively in Pointe-Noire in the Republic of Congo by Yves TERUIN.

Express-Afrique has developed its activity in Road Transport, Lifting and Handling to meet the needs of the Oil and Gas industry throughout the Congolese territory.

Ocean Express was created to offer a maritime service in the Gulf of Guinea with a diversified fleet of supply, landing craft and cargo vessels to meet the specific needs of its customers and complementary services to its main activity were developed on demand from its main customers:

    Our Trucks, Forklifts and Cranes operators are trained by international certification and classification companies.
    All our vehicles are inspected regularly in accordance with the International regulations of Lifting Operations and lifting equipment Regulations (LOLER-1998).

    Since 2004, in terms of International Maritime Safety, Ocean Express follows the International Code for the Safety of Ships and Port Facilities (ISPS Code).
    All our ships are classified by the International Ship Classification Register and in accordance with the international conventions in force, OMI, MARPOL, SOLAS and MLC
    Ocean Express as a ship operator is certified ISM-SMS (International Safety Management System) and MLC (Maritime Labour Convention).
